The Army & Navy Stores is a trading name of The Army Stores (Heswall) Limited, a company registered in England (company number 04177005) with its registered office at 7 The Mount, Heswall, Wirral CH60 4RE.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Orders and contracts

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. The order is accepted (and the contract formed) only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order before that point, including if the item is out of stock, the price is incorrect, or we identify a problem with payment or address verification.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal (where shown at checkout).

Product descriptions

We try hard to make sure product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are accurate. Colours may vary slightly from the photographs depending on your device’s screen. If a product turns out to be materially different from how we described it, you can return it under our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which it would be illegal to exclude or limit our liability.

Otherwise, our total liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for that product. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and product images — is owned by The Army & Navy Stores or our suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
