Shipping policy
Everything ships from our shop in Heswall, Wirral.
Dispatch
Orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday, or by 11am on Saturday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched on the next dispatch day. Orders placed after 11am on Saturday, on a Sunday or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day, usually Monday.
How we send it
- Parcels go by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
- Smaller items that fit through a letterbox go by Royal Mail 2nd Class letter post. Most arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Letter post is not tracked.
We do not offer a next-day delivery service.
UK delivery costs
Delivery is free on orders of £50 and over. Under £50, the cost is based on the weight of your order and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
Standard UK rates apply. Some restrictions on bladed items (e.g. mess tins with knife sets) may apply due to courier rules — we’ll get in touch if anything in your order can’t be sent to your address.
International
We do not currently ship outside the UK. If you’re overseas and want something specific, give us a call — we’ll see what’s possible.
Click & collect
You can also collect any order from the shop in person, free of charge. Choose “Collection” at checkout — we’ll email you when it’s ready (usually within an hour during shop hours).
Tracking
When a parcel is dispatched, you’ll get a confirmation email with its Royal Mail tracking number, which shows live updates through to delivery. Items sent by 2nd Class letter post are not tracked.
Missed deliveries
Royal Mail will leave a card if you’re not in. Most parcels can then be collected from your local Royal Mail delivery office or arranged for redelivery via the card or the Royal Mail website.
Problems with delivery
If your order doesn’t arrive within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us straight away on 0151 342 4538 or info@thearmynavystores.com. We’ll chase Royal Mail and either replace the order or refund you.
