We ship from the shop in Heswall, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm typically go out the same working day; later orders go the next.

Click & Collect
Collect any order from the shop in person, free of charge. Choose “Collection” at checkout — we will email you when it is ready (usually within an hour during shop hours).
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation email with the tracking number. The Royal Mail Tracked 48 service shows live updates from collection through to delivery.
