Everything ships from our shop in Heswall, Wirral.
When your order goes out
Order by 4pm, Monday to Friday, and we send it the same day. Orders placed after 4pm go out the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day, usually Monday.
How it's sent
- Parcels go Royal Mail Tracked 48. You'll get a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves us, and most arrive within 2–3 working days.
- Smaller items that fit through a letterbox go Royal Mail 2nd Class letter post. Most arrive within 2–3 working days. Letter post isn't tracked.
We don't offer a next-day service. If you need something in a hurry, order before 4pm, or ring us and collect it from the shop.
What it costs
Free on orders of £50 or more. Under £50, postage is worked out by weight and shown at checkout before you pay:

Click & Collect
Collect any order from the shop in person, free of charge. Choose “Collection” at checkout — we will email you when it is ready (usually within an hour during shop hours).
If something hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of leaving us, call 0151 342 4538 or email info@thearmynavystores.com and we'll chase it with Royal Mail.
