Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If a product isn’t right, you can return it under the terms below.

Returns window

You have 28 days from the day your order arrives to send something back. We don’t offer free returns, so the cost of getting it back to us is on you — but the rest of the process is straightforward.

What we accept

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and any original packaging
  • Returned within 28 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by a returns form (link below) or a note with your order number

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. stamped dog tags)
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or wear

How to return

  1. Pack the item(s) well, ideally in the original packaging.
  2. Include the returns form or a note with your order number (it starts with #).
  3. Send to:

  4. Use a tracked or recorded service. The Post Office is usually the cheapest option, and it gives you proof of postage if a parcel goes astray.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, we’ll refund the original purchase price (minus original delivery, where applicable) to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement — that way you’re first in the queue if stock is limited. If that’s awkward, give us a call on 0151 342 4538 and we’ll work it out with you.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away — we’ll arrange a free return and either replace it or refund you in full. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
