Returns
We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If a product isn’t right, you can return it within 28 days of delivery.
How to return
- Pack the item(s) well, ideally in the original packaging.
- Include a note with your order number (it starts with #).

Wirral CH60 4RE - Use a tracked or recorded service. The Post Office is usually the cheapest option and gives you proof of postage if a parcel goes astray.
Download the returns form if you want one to slip in the parcel.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email you to confirm. If approved, we will refund the original purchase price (minus original delivery, where applicable) to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to appear on your statement.
What we accept
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and any original packaging. We can’t accept returns on personalised items (e.g. stamped dog tags), underwear and swimwear, or items showing signs of use.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away — we will arrange a free return and either replace it or refund you in full. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
